Bikram Hot Plus

Many students want to just “get it!” More poses, more information, more strength, more flexibility. We use music and meditative cues to help you tune into your body and practice with intensity and focus.

  • Bikram Hot Plus classes build on the intelligent sequencing of the Bikram Yoga series to work your entire body and engages your mind and body awareness by adding new poses in the second set.

    What does this mean? More of an opportunity to practice hip openers and arm strength poses, as well as access deeper spine flexibility.

Inferno Hot Pilates

    IHP is a low-impact, high-intensity, interval-training class based on Pilates principles. IHP is kind on the joints, and every exercise we do includes the core, so there will be some serious stomach muscle, glute, and pelvic floor activation for sure! 🍑

    More importantly, when you take an IHP class, you really get in tune with what you want to create in your body and with your health, and you feel good for all the reasons you can think of.

IHP Strength

Many people wanting to improve their metabolism find themselves trying to figure out if they should do more cardio or use weights?

  • Inferno Strength takes our signature Inferno Hot Pilates class and incorporates weights and resistance bands to add even more “time under tension” for stronger, leaner muscles. And since our amazing teachers will prescribe how much weight to use based on how many reps and sets, it has nothing to do with how much you can actually lift! (So go ahead and grab those 5 lb dumbbells!)

    We know building strength does not equal building bulk. Building strength is key to increasing your resting metabolism! (This is how many calories you burn hanging out!) You’ll notice your posture improving, feel more rested with better sleep, feel more energy with improved metabolism, and gain in bone density from creating more force on the bones. Inferno Strength is like choosing “D” all of the above for helping to stave off chronic illness and disease! Oh, and even feeling happier!

Dynamic Series

Most people are either working, sitting on a desk or sofa, or, standing all day. This wear and tear on your body can lead to tension and injury and a lack of joy!

  • The Dynamic Series is designed to help the body heal through natural stretching and movement. This class is also an energetic, dynamic blend of physical workout and heart-calming meditation. It will ignite your inner fire and spark joy in your life!

    Just like your Bikram practice, The Dynamic Series is a system with each posture preparing you for the next. Experience the gifts of repetition as we re-visit this series each week on your mat.

    This class is for any student curious about inversions, using breathe work to move deeper into poses, and ready to challenge themselves with more intricate balancing sequences. No prior yoga experience is required.

Warm Stretch

It can be challenging staying on top of your game when you walk around achy, stiff, and with limited movement.

  • This class uses heat to stretch and improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. Experience weight bearing, range of motion, deep tissue, dynamic and static stretching all rolled into one class.

    This class is excellent for recovery so you can practice harder and with more muscle awareness even smarter. Plus, feel like jello after class and discover you really do have eyes behind your head and you can turn your neck so much!

    This class is for the student wanting to incorporate more stretching into their life and need a live active instructor because well, you just wouldn't do it on your own! 


Hatha Mobility

Too many people walk around stiff and in pain.

Hatha Mobility yoga warms the body and introduces the student to Suryanamaskar (Movement to Salute the Sun), and challenges the student to gracefully connect yoga asanas, mobility movements, twists, backbends and more.

  • Incorporating traditional breathing techniques while holding postures will further add increased challenge! You will increase your range of motion, feel exuberant, open, strong, and able to move more gracefully about your day with so much oxygen running through your body!

    This class is for all students wanting to move around without stiffness and pain and, prepare themselves to be able to hold their foot in standing head to knee or even be able to paddle for days in high surf or board in high snow!

The instruction and atmosphere were awesome. It was my first time doing hot yoga and the weekly membership was super easy! The class was a rigorous workout but you’re able to go at your own pace. I felt amazing afterward and my skin glowed. I’ll be returning!

  • Absolutely not! Bring us your body and mind, in whatever shape and condition it’s in. You’re always welcome and you’re in the right place! You can do this!

  • Well, I didn’t think I liked musicals until I saw Hamilton.

    It’s not like walking around Miami in August where somehow the heat surprises you. (Even though it is August) As soon as you walk into class you get the feeling you and the heat are about to make peace. It’s actually a wonderful metaphor for learning to make peace with those things, people, and situations that aren’t easy and often cause stress, anxiety, and sometimes pain. You really can achieve ultimate zen when nothing or no one can take your peace.

  • Lucky you! We still limit class sizes and there is ample time between classes to clean the room and dismiss the previous group. The great thing is that you can still do you! Practicing on your mat in a group setting only intensifies being able to tune into the energy around you; you will notice the energy there to support you and provide you the space you need for your own work, or, you can also notice when you need to tune the energy out and focus on yourself. Either way you get to hold onto your power. We’d say that’s a win-win!

  • Absolutely! And thank you! Because of students like you we’ve become tech experts over the past year and a half and we’ve figured out how to teach our virtual students right along with our in-person class. FB would like to say we’re one big metaverse but we like to think of ourselves as a growing universe of like-minded folks who like to sweat and be still together, either virtually or in-person.

  • Great news! This is a fantastic way to learn to live more stress-free! This can happen when you allow enough time to get to class (or where ever your destination is). We invite all new students to arrive 15 minutes early to meet your teacher, get set up, and get water or whatever you need to feel successful. For the safety of you and others in the studio room, late-entry is not permitted.
