Our Long Beach studio is located in the heart of Marina Pacifica in Belmont Shores. We are located behind Chipotle on the Marina level. Park underground and enter to the left of Nordstrom Rack and drive all the way to the back. See you on your mat!

Opening in 2002, our Long Beach studio was the Original Hot Yoga studio and to date, we’ve helped thousands of students heal and grow through the powerful teachings of Bikram Hot Yoga and more. Take class and then take in the charm and beauty of the Marina as you mingle and linger longer with your fellow yogis. (Our community is so friendly and welcoming!) As soon as you walk through the door you will know you’re in the right place to discover your most powerful self. We offer authentic and traditional Bikram Hot Yoga, Hot Yoga Fusion, Intermediate, Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT class based on Pilates principles), Inferno Strength, Mobility and Warm Stretching Classes.
